Terms of Service

By booking or purchasing a workshop with Newoption you agree to these terms. Newoption provides floral workshops, classes and online sessions; all bookings are subject to availability, studio rules and applicable provincial consumer protection laws.

  • Bookings: confirmed after full payment unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Age & safety: some workshops may have age limits; participants follow instructor safety instructions.
  • Intellectual property: workshop materials and designs are for personal use; commercial reproduction requires written consent.

Refund & Cancellation Policy (Canada)

We follow Canadian consumer protection principles. Specifics may vary by province; below is a general policy:

Detailed Policies & Consumer Resources

Provincial consumer protection statutes vary. For Ontario residents, the Consumer Protection Act provides specific remedies for unfair practices. Nationwide, the Competition Bureau and PIPEDA govern business practices and data handling.

Requests for refunds should include booking reference, name, and reason. Refunds processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.

Workshops that take place at partner venues or use third-party suppliers are subject to additional terms; Newoption will disclose any relevant supplier details at booking.

Data Access / Consumer Request
